Marie McCarthy, born and raised in Lynn, MA, is the Business Officer Manager at Lynn Home for Elderly Persons. In her role, she not only handles the day-to-day office operations, she also assists families and residents in their transition to life here at the home.

Marie began her professional career in the supermarket industry over 35 years ago where she honed her customer service skills and business sense before joining the Lynn Home for Elderly Persons team in 2022. Marie’s interpersonal skills with residents and families are exceptional and she offers a personalized service to all.

Marie attended North Shore Community College for Business Management and has held various roles within her industry. In her free time, Marie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets, gardening, and the outdoors.
