"My brother Kenneth has been a resident of Lynn Home for Elderly Persons for the past 10 years. Mere words cannot express my gratitude for the kindness, compassion and genuine love everyone at the Shore View House has given Kenny.
The staff has always been professional, dedicated and accommodating. But it is so much more... that friendly smile, the warm and comforting attitude, that kind word, the oh-so-important piece of advice…it all adds up. It gives the residents and their families true peace of mind."
“Lynn Home for Elderly Persons is just that – a HOME – filled with family and friends, with fun activities, good food and seemingly infinite patience – just like any other family.”

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It is a difficult decision for anyone to entrust a loved-one’s care to an organization, however, everyone at Lynn Home for Elderly Persons made us feel confident that our folks were in exactly the right place. My brothers and I are so very grateful to each and every one of you for the kind, loving, compassionate care you gave our parents. From the day they moved in six years ago, through their final days, they were treated with respect, discretion, and love. No request was ever bothersome, everyone gladly went the ‘extra mile’ for our parents, and indeed, for us as well. You all treated our parents, and us, as family – it is hard to express just how much your care and attentiveness has meant to all of us.
The Lynn Home for Elderly Persons is just that – a HOME – filled with family and friends, with fun activities, good food and seemingly infinite patience – just like any other family."
“The Home has been such a God send to us and of course Mom. The quality of living there is phenomenal – I’ll be placing my request when the time comes!”

"Our Mom has resided here for almost nine years. She loves this place as she calls it home. The Staff and Administrator of this sanctuary are the absolute best people you can find. They are all attentive to each individual’s needs beyond their tremendous care. Many have worked here for years! They keep the residents busy with multiple activities. They venture out with the friendliest bus driver ever, Sue! In Mom’s earlier years before “Covid” I’d run into Mom & fellow residents on several of their field trips. A few times at Walmart, Brother’s Deli, and beach side on a beautiful day watching the waves as they cascaded to the shore on a bench at the Lynn-Swampscott line. They would be sitting there with their wide brimmed straw hats & sunscreen soaking up the sun, inhaling the salt air that’s good for the soul. They loved it when people would stop to say hello, especially when they had a friendly pet they could pat and get a chuckle from. Actually, a reporter from the Boston Globe took their picture and it was presented in the paper shortly after that day. The Home made a canvas of that picture and has it on display. It’s a great pic!
The Home has been such a peace of mind, a God sent to us and of course Mom. The quality of living there is phenomenal so much that I’ll be placing my request when the time comes!"
“I am writing to thank the staff of the Lynn Home for Elderly Persons for giving my sister Adele the quality of life that she truly deserves.”

"My sister is 6 years older than me and after her loving husband passed, I had promised him that I would take care of her, and I did until she needed more care and stimulation. I was still working as a nurse for the Lynn Public Schools, and I knew that Adele needed more care than I could give her.
The Home was highly recommended by some dear friends, so I made an appointment with the Administrator, Carrie Baird. She gave us a tour of the facility and I was so impressed with the caring staff, stimulating activities, and the inviting dining room.
Adele was warmly admitted as a resident in February of 2021 and she slowly improved. As of now, she is;
- Happy.
- Has friends.
- Joins in activities.
- Has 3 balanced meals every day.
- And gets daily exercise.
So, I am writing to thank the staff of the Lynn Home for Elderly Persons for giving my sister Adele, the quality of life, that she truly deserves."
